Personal Care Pediatrics was founded by Dr. Mary Ellen Zondorak-Perez and Dr. Francine Magaletti in 1995. Since then, we have continued to grow and make positive impacts on the children and families in our community. In 2022, our office was officially recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home. We strive to maintain our dedication to every area of medicine, including growth and development, nutrition, disease and disease prevention, and issues of psycho-social maturation. We strongly believe in the importance of immunizations and follow the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC guidelines.
We believe it is not enough for the physician to understand the health care issues surrounding families. We believe physicians must also inform, reassure, and empower families so they can take an active role in their own health care. Healthcare success requires teamwork between the individual healthcare providers and the families we serve.
Well visits and sick visits can be overwhelming, and we aim to reduce this medical anxiety through cutting edge medical care and thorough communication with our patients and parents.
